It is a pleasure to address all the readers of Sinergia Skål, a new publication that is born with the vocation to become a space for meeting, knowledge and reflection for those of us who are part of the tourism sector of the Costa del Sol.
The Provincial Council of Malaga would like to congratulate Skål International Malaga-Costa del Sol for this initiative and for its ongoing commitment to promoting tourism and fostering connections between professionals who make it possible for our destination to continue growing.
The Costa del Sol is today one of the world's leading tourist destinations, but its strength cannot be explained solely by its resources or its ability to attract visitors. Behind this trajectory lie decades of work, innovation, and, especially, collaboration between government agencies and a business and professional network that has been able to anticipate changes and respond to the evolving demands of travelers.
This year, we also celebrate 50 years of organized tourism promotion in the province of Málaga. Looking back allows us to recognize all that we have achieved, but above all, it should serve as a catalyst for facing the future with ambition and confidence.
In this new scenario, publications like Sinergia Skål contribute to something essential: sharing knowledge, generating debate and strengthening relationships among those of us who have the responsibility to continue building the destination.
